We put the pharmacy first in everything we do. All our design, technology and solutions are rooted in a deep appreciation of the pharmacy and the pharmacy professional. We understand and respect the circumstances, professional goals and challenges of pharmacy professionals and we applaud their invaluable contribution to improving the health of their communities.
I’m always energised by the stories I hear from the field. When I first joined mClinica Pharmacy Solutions, I met an Assistant Pharmacist who told me she had to travel 250km to Jakarta with her two small children in tow just to attend a mandatory Continuing Professional Development seminar. That’s 250km one-way just for a seminar! But now, thanks to our technology, she can do it all online and stay with her kids. It was then I realised that, through my work on the SwipeRx team, I was indeed making an impact on real people.

Collectively and individually, we take full ownership and leadership of every task, every project. We are driven to finish what we start and we deliver the best for our partners and the pharmacies we serve.
At mClinica, I lead regional research projects for various public sector clients and government partners. Ultimately, my goal is to build capacity among frontline pharmacy professionals and make a meaningful contribution to public health outcomes in their communities. For me, this is the clear North Star, my motivation to ensure that every research project delivered meets the highest standards.
