I’m always energised by the stories I hear from the field. When I first joined mClinica Pharmacy Solutions, I met an Assistant Pharmacist who told me she had to travel 250km to Jakarta with her two small children in tow just to attend a mandatory Continuing Professional Development seminar. That’s 250km one-way just for a seminar! But now, thanks to our technology, she can do it all online and stay with her kids. It was then I realised that, through my work on the SwipeRX team, I was indeed making an impact on real people.
